HaulageBoard Group is the data controller for HaulageBoard. This page says what we hold and why, in plain words.

What we hold

Your email, name, company name, phone number and base postcode. For movers, vehicle classes, saved lanes, insurance and licence documents. For every load, the addresses, dates, prices, messages, proof of delivery and invoices. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Why we hold it

To run the marketplace: matching loads to movers, taking payment, releasing payouts, verifying that the people carrying goods are insured, and keeping the paperwork both sides need for their records.

Who sees it

Phone numbers are shared between the two sides of a load only once it is booked. Verified mover profiles are public, showing company name, completed load count, rating and area. Nothing else is published and we do not sell data.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand which parts of the product work. It only runs if you accept the cookie banner. There is no advertising tracking on this site.

Your rights

Email help@haulageboard.com and ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, and we will do it. Records tied to completed payments are kept for six years because tax law requires it.
